Lyssa Campbell works for one of the biggest up-and-coming production companies in the nation. As assistant to director and producer Joshua Moore, she’s learned a lot about the business—including how fast rumors can fly when you’re soaring toward the top at lightning speed. This is why no one—not even her closest friends—can know about her and Josh’s behind-the-scenes friends-with-benefits arrangement.

Sure, she and Josh have known each other since film school. They’ve been best friends for nearly six years, and their arrangement has always been strictly no-strings-attached. But in a profession where everything is filtered through a camera’s lens, a scandal can make or break even the most sought-after talent–and friendship.

After the paparazzi snags photos of Josh giving a friendly peck on the cheek to the star of his soon-to-be blockbuster, Amelia Blake, the world starts to spin out of control for Lyssa and Josh. The fans want what they want, so Josh and Amelia’s agents devise a plan to stir up even more buzz about the movie.
